Because Alamaari owns its state-of-the-art manufacturing factory in Udumalpet, we control 100% of material quality (genuine BWP ply), precision edgebanding (Rehau), and delivery timelines (strict 45-day average installation).

What is your payment schedule for modular interior projects?

Accepted Answer

Our transparent milestone payment schedule is split into 3 steps: 5% (or ₹50,000) initial booking advance, 50% upon 3D design sign-off (to initiate factory raw material cutting), and the balance 50% prior to material dispatch from our Udumalpet factory.

What cancellation terms apply if my plans change?

Accepted Answer

Design Stage-1: 100% full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking or site measurement (whichever is earlier). Design Stage-2: No refund once 3D designs are finalized and in production. Production Stage: 50% product credit valid for 12 months, balance 50% deducted as design & marketing costs.

We provide a comprehensive 10-Year Warranty covering core carcass materials (BWP Plywood & HDHMR) and branded hardware (Hettich, Blum, Hafele).

Does Alamaari handle electrical, plumbing, and civil works at site?

Accepted Answer

Our direct scope EXCLUDES MEP (electrical & plumbing) and civil masonry works. However, our team provides complete technical layout drawings and coordinates closely with your local electricians and plumbers so everything aligns perfectly with our modular cabinets.
