Included vs Excluded Summary
INCLUDED: All prices are "onwards" (starting) figures and are inclusive of design, factory manufacturing, transport, site installation, and taxes. Hardware scope includes German soft-close hinges, triple drawers with cutlery trays, oil pull-outs, and tall pantry units.
EXCLUDED: Scope EXCLUDES MEP (electrical wiring, switch points & plumbing modifications) and site civil works (masonry, tiling, granite counter slab casting). We coordinate closely with your local site vendors.
FINISH VARIATIONS: Package prices vary by finish (Laminate = Essential base; European High-Gloss Acrylic / PU = Premium/Luxe tiers).
