1. Quotation Terms & Scope Disclaimers
- Quote Validity: Preliminary quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of submission.
- Subject to Scope & Measurements: Mentioned quotation values are subjective to change based on actual site measurements, scope of work, changes in design, materials, or finishes. The final quote value will be presented for approval during the sign-off stage with respect to actual designs selected.
- Exclusions: Initial estimates do not include civil works, plumbing, gas-piping, electrical modifications, or site masonry. Exact project value will depend on actual site conditions.
- Inclusions: Mentioned Quote Value includes installation, design charges, transportation, and is inclusive of all taxes.
2. Site Installation Checks
A final coat of paint should be applied only after all interior installation work is completed. If any concurrent construction activities occur on-site — such as installing false ceilings, electrical, plumbing, gas piping, wall demolition, or wall partitions — hand marks and scratches during installation may be unavoidable.
Standard Installation Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday – Saturday).
3. Cancellation Policy
At Alamaari, we aim for the success of every order. However, since we rely on various stakeholders (like raw material manufacturers and hardware providers), there are times when price adjustments may occur. In such cases, we allow order cancellations under the following terms:
In the event of a cancellation request within 48 hours of either placing the order or the site measurement visit (whichever is earlier), the customer will receive a 100% full refund.
A project cannot be cancelled once 3D designs are finalized and the project has moved into factory production. The customer shall not receive any cash refund and shall be obligated to pay the remaining order value to the Company.
No cash amount shall be refunded. However, Alamaari products can be purchased by the customer to the extent of 50% of the advance amount paid within 12 months of order booking. The balance 50% shall be deducted as design and marketing costs.
4. Payment Milestone Schedule
- Initial Booking Deposit: An advance of 5% of the total project value or ₹50,000 (whichever is higher) upon order confirmation to initiate project site measurements and 3D CAD design.
- Second Payment: 50% of total project value, after adjusting the initial advance, payable at the time of 3D design sign-off approval to trigger raw material panel cutting.
- Final Payment: The balance 50% shall be paid prior to dispatch of manufactured materials from our Udumalpet factory.
5. Material & Quality Specifications
IS-710 BWP Plywood (18mm & 9mm): Genuine Boiling Water Proof Plywood treated by soaking in boiled water for 72 hours, meeting IS 710 standards for borer and fungal resistance with a 10-year standard warranty.
HDHMR Board (18mm): High-Density High-Moisture Resistance board (700 – 900 kg/m³ density) offering superior compactness, single-layer strength, and a 10-year standard warranty.
Hardware & Accessories: Soft-close hardware from Hettich, Hafele, and Blum backed by official manufacturer warranties.
Edge Banding & Adhesives: Rehau German precision edgebanding sealed using Henkel German polyurethane adhesives.
